Classes and Workshops

Winter 2022

It's now late July '22 and cautiously, finally, it seems we're able to plan again and begin what life will look like post-Covid.  So many challenges, so much loss and sadness; through it all it seems we are re-evaluating our priorities and what really matters.

In this context, the preparing and sharing of food with family, friends and community has never been more important.

Whilst there will always be a place for celebratory extravaganzas, there is much to be said for the simpler, less complicated meals based around beautiful, seasonal, accessible produce and using simple methods to allow the food and the sharing of that food to take centre stage.

Beginning in September, I will be hosting kitchen table workshops for small groups in my bright and welcoming kitchen.  We'll come together to spend time with like-minded cooks, whether novice or expert; talk about food and eat delicious food whilst I share my knowledge, tips and recipes collected over many years in kitchens of all shapes and sizes.

There will be a different theme for each class developing a skillset to set you up for confident baking both sweet and savoury, along with tips for effortless generous entertaining for gatherings large and small.

I invite you to join me as we take the learnings and experiences of recent times and weave a new way of living, cooking and sharing into our lives...
